When I watch the thousands of illegal aliens marching through the streets of America I ask myself- Where did we go wrong? I watch them waving their Mexican flags proudly displaying their faith for Mexico and their indignation for the United States while at the same time demanding all the rights that are available to every American citizen.
I looked through the masses and not once did I see a POW/MIA flag. One major difference between them and us is the price some of us have paid for our freedoms. That price is life itself. When I see illegal aliens walking down our streets DEMANDING rights that we ourselves have put our lives on the line for through numerous wars defending our way of life, it makes me mad. I don't see illegal aliens marching on Memorial Day or Veterans Day. I don't think there are any POWS or MIAS that are illegal aliens yet they seem to think that by just physically being in this country we 'OWE' them something. The only thing we owe them is a trip back to Mexico with a Bill sent to Vicente Fox for the trip.

These idiots in D.C. will probably INCREASE the amount of foreign aid to be sent to Mexico before they're done. THROW THE BUMS OUT OF THE USA... AND THROW THE BUMS OUT OF WASHINGTON DC.
Seal the borders and enforce the laws already on the books. And, close down the businesses and jail their owners or managers that employ illegal aliens. That would be the first milestone in resolving, and curing, the plague.
Some assumptions and/or statements ought to be looked at more closely. One is the assumpotion that the majority of demonstrators were illegal aliens. We don't know that.
However, there were masses of legal demonstrators in the protest march. Two, why should you expect to see POW/MIA protests? Is that still an issue for Americans?
Look, most everyone looks out for their own self-interest. For the Mexicans, right now it
is immigration. And they demonstrated peacefully. It was their way of getting heard. Now,
you and I may not agree with their position, but how else would you expect them to behave?
I know that such a demonstratin of illegals makes a lot of Americans angry. But there are approximately 11 million illegals who are working hard to make a living, which they could not do in Mexico. Peronally, I have always felt that we should have started a Marshall plan for Mexico years ago. Had we done so, we would not have the problem we have now. One further word: when immigrants who came to this country legally in the late l800s, they were discriminated against for a number of reasons: one of them being that they took jobs away from hard working Americans.
How does that saying go? The more things change, the more they remain the same?

I would you wuld take a minute and read them. I answer many of your objections. But the main thing to remember is we are a country of LAW. And they are lawbreakers. There are legal ways to immigrate to our country-many thousands do it every year. It is up to their home countrys to provide oppurtunity-not us and not at our expense.
